Whatever your fitness goals may be, wouldn’t it be nice to know a process for achieving them?
Nia believes that any health and fitness goal can be achieved with this 3 step process and after reading her article, I’m inclined to believe similar.

Just Go Tips
- Keep things simple. The very first step Nia mentions is keeping things simple – I couldn’t agree more. We tend to over complicate everything. Don’t try to do 20 things at once, it’ll never work. Focus on the few things that will have the biggest impact on you achieving your goal.
- Be consistent. Ah yes, good ole consistency. You’ll hear people harp on this over and over again (Myself included) but it’s for a good reason – consistency gets results! Sure, you know this, but are you exercising it week in and week out?
- Be patient. This may very well be the hardest of all 3 steps, but it is the one step most people neglect. We want results RIGHT NOW, but with health and fitness that simply doesn’t happen. Results will come, just stick with the process an as Nia says “Enjoy the journey.”

Knowing is one thing, but doing is another.
I’ve said that before and it still reigns true.
You may know what you need to do, but why haven’t you done it?
I’m surely guilty of knowing one thing and doing another at times myself, but simplifying like Nia talks about is something I believe very strongly in.
There is way too much clutter out there in the world of health and fitness and this makes it difficult for people to even get started on the right path, let alone actually achieve a worthy goal.
Simplifying and focusing on the utmost important action to take you one step closer to your goal each day is all that really matters.
