Changing Your Diet: How to Start
There is so much information out there when it comes to nutrition. The bountiful amounts of information can make things complicated, like really really complicated. Like, Avril Lavigne complicated.
If you ask a few people what their diets are like you will probably get a wide variety of answers.
You have the Paleo Diet, Intermittent Fasting, the Slow-Carb Diet, Vegetarians, Vegans, the Zone Diet, the Atkins Diet, the See Food and Eat it Diet, and the list goes on and on.
Now, do I think all of these diets can be effective? Sure, why not.
However, are those diets all sustainable? Could you make those diets a lifestyle?
Those are some of the questions I’m more curious to know the answers to. If I help you lose 40 pounds in a few months with some type of diet, but then a year later you have gained it all back that is a big problem.
I’d rather have you change your eating habits so that you can have sustained success for the rest of your life.
If you do a little research on people who lose weight with different diets you’ll find that many of them gain it all back. Some even gain MORE than when they started.
