Day 18: 100 Days Without Sweets (Already thinking about what’s next)
Besides my client bringing in more of his cookies to the gym today, it was a rather normal day.
Though I really don’t have the same cravings for sweets as I did when I started, they are still there.
For the most part I’ve harnessed those cravings and instead gone for other sweet foods such as fruit. I’m noticing how sweet fruit tastes to me now more than ever as a result of my 100 day challenge.
Though I’m not eating sweets I could still be pigging out on other foods which I haven’t really been doing except for the day I had 2,680 calories in one meal.
Here’s how day 18 ended up:
- 6:45 a.m. 3 Eggs, Pepper-Jack Cheese, Spinach, Chicken Breast
- 11:00 a.m. 1 Cup Oats, Almonds, Whey Protein Powder
- 3:15 p.m. Turkey Club Sandwich, Orange Slices
- 6:30 p.m. Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Black Beans
Even though I’m not even 20% done with this challenge I’m already thinking about what challenge I want to do next.
