Day 20: 100 Days Without Sweets (What else could I do for 100 days?)
After a subpar day of eats on day 19 without sweets, day 20 was much better.
It is easy to lose focus when their are so many days to go.
Yes, I’m not eating sweets, but I am looking to improve overall diet as well.
If you’ve read any other posts you’ll see that my eating is good most of the time, but there are definitely improvements I can make.
I’m satisfied with how day 20 turned out, take a look:
- 4:45 a.m. 1 Cup Oats, Almonds, Whey Protein, Cinnamon
- 10:15 a.m. 8 oz. Chicken, Broccoli
- 3:15 p.m. 4 Eggs, Pepper-Jack Cheese, Apple
- 7:30 p.m. 1 Turkey Sandwich, Almonds
I’m almost through 3 weeks without eating sweets and after struggling to go 3 days without sweets I’m happy with this accomplishment.
I can’t help but think, what else could I do for 100 days?
Could I go without eating any foods with added sugar?
Could I go without eating any processed foods?
Could I eat a vegetarian diet?
Could I go gluten free?
There are endless possibilities for what I could do in the future. For now, I’ll stay concerned with what I can do in the present.
