Day 27: 100 Days Without Sweets (Short post for today)
Summerfest has started in Milwaukee and a few of my friends are back in town, so today’s post will be really short.
I still wanted to stay accountable and log what I ate yesterday, so take a look:
- 7:00 a.m. 3 Eggs, Pepper-jack, Spinach, Banana
- 11:15 a.m. Turkey Club Sandwich, Orange Slices
- 4:00 p.m. 4 Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
- 9:00 p.m. 2 Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Cereal
Obviously there remains to be things I can work on, but I know it will take time. Habits aren’t formed overnight, so changing some of my long held habits will take time.
For now, I’m working on day 28. Only 72 more days to go after this.
