Day 39: 100 Days Without Sweets (Back on Track after the Brewer Game)
I slept less than I would have liked in order to have time to eat breakfast, but it was well worth it.
Here’s how it went:
- 6:30 a.m. 1 Cup Oats, Almonds, Whey Protein, Blueberries
- 12:15 p.m. Turkey Club Sandwich, Orange Slices
- 5:30 p.m. 4 Eggs, Chicken Sausage, Onions, Colby Jack Cheese, Spinach
As you can see I’m still eating many of the same foods I always have. Cycling meals like this has been one of the most important keys to staying consistent with my diet.
Just recently, I’ve also began lifting weights again. A back strain had prevented me from doing much the last 6 weeks, but it has been steadily improving.
I’m interested to see what affect, if any, this will have on my diet going forward.
So far, so good with my nutrition on day 40, we’ll see what the rest of the day brings!
