Expressing Gratitude – An Important Key to Happiness
Ultimately the point of life is to be happy. We have a variety of ways we go about doing this, but one way or another we want to be happy.
The following video is one I found a month or two ago and I think it is great at showing the power of gratitude.
The video is only about 7 minutes long and well worth your time. Even if you have seen it before I’d suggest watching it again. I hadn’t seen it in a while, but watching it once again was a powerful experience for me.
You’d be amazed at how expressing gratitude can help make you happier.
To start expressing more gratitude each day so that you can live a happier life try starting up a gratitude journal. Simply write down some things you are grateful for every day. How much you write is completely up to you. You could spend 5 minutes or 45 minutes – the choice is yours.
