How to Gain 20 Pounds in 28 Days
I’m going to go out on a limb and say that not many women out there want to GAIN 20 pounds in 28 days. So, gentlemen, listen up!
The following experiment by Nate Green of Scrawny to Brawny led by John Berardi of Precision Nutrition and Martin Rooney of Training for Warriors is one that I found a few months ago and not sharing it would be an injustice to society.
Why you may ask?
Quite simply, it’s unlike anything anything you have read before.
I may be a nerd for this, but this type of thing really interests me. Like, I get giddy inside and super excited to read this type of thing. I love seeing people test the limits of what is possible in life.
The premise of the experiment is this:
“Gain as much weight as possible in 4 weeks, lose as much weight as possible in 5 days, and try to gain it all back in 24 hours.”
