I traveled to Oshkosh this past Saturday to visit my best friend, my bff, my bro, my home slice, Zach.
After catching up for a bit I suggested we eat some insane amounts of ice cream, cookies, or whatever other treats we preferred.
We decided on cookies and ice cream. A fine choice I must say.
After picking up one of his friends to join us in our feast, we went to the grocery store, picked out our desired treats, and went back to his house to do some damage.
The tasty treats we decided on were vanilla ice cream, Neapolitan ice cream, soft batch chocolate chip cookies, coconut dream cookies, and for toppings hot fudge and caramel. Mmmm!
Ah yes, Endurance Training [ET] vs. High-Intensity Interval Training [HIT], one of my favorite topics of discussion in the fitness industry.
I've talked about High-Intensity Interval Training a couple of times before because of how beneficial it can be.
First, in a post I wrote about how you can use this type of training for fat loss I told you about how efficient it is at burning fat in a very limited amount of time.
Secondly, I wrote a post about the top 2 reasons why you should use high intensity interval training.
Today, I'm reviewing a study I found comparing the health benefits of Endurance Training and High-Intensity Interval Training in obese children.
