I have trained twice a week with Justin for about 9 months. Our workouts are only 30 minutes. However, Justin manages to create a unique and interesting workout each time. In addition, he makes sure we utilize each moment efficiently and effectively. He is encouraging and motivational. I recommend training with Jistin whatever your fitness goals may be.

Justin is a dedicated teacher who is constantly pushing himself and his clients to better results. I’m accomplishing what I’d set out to do when I hired Justin although I should have listened to him and followed his advice right away! But, I’ve learned my lesson, I’m following his advice and I see definite results.
Besides the pleasant fact that he’s very kind and personable, Justin is always available for advice and he is punctual and follows the scheduled appts. That’s important to me.

I’ve been working with Justin about 6 months now. He is not the first trainer that I have worked with but without question he is the best. He is definitely motivational, mixes it up so it doesn’t get boring. I am already seeing positive results. Haven’t felt this good in years. I have been working with Justin (at my house) for about 2 or 3 months now…My husband started working out with him and kept telling me to try him. I was very reluctant at first because I thought I was getting good results on my own, but finally gave in. Great decision. Justin is a pro. Justin drives results while still making working out fun. I truly look forward to our sessions. He’s tough but fair and there is absolutely no comparison to the results of working out solo. I have worked out with Justin for about 9 months now. The 30 minutes a week have been really effective in helping me develop an exercise routine that works best for me. Justin has just the right mix of focus on exercise form as well as providing positive reinforcement to keep me focused and successful.
I would highly recommend Justin Gordon for all aspects of personal training – strength training, cardio and nutrition. I have been working with Justin for a few months now. My training has been set up to take into account my 60+ hour per week work schedule. I need to accomplish a lot in just 2 or 3 sessions per week. My training is mostly with weights and we do high impact strength training. Justin has the ability to motivate me while we are working together, and that motivation carries into sessions when I am by myself. I have been able to achieve a gain in strength despite my schedule and being able to get in only twice a week at times. I look forward to working with Justin in the future and more gains lie ahead.
I started working with Justin 6 months ago at the WAC. He has opened my eyes to what I’m capable of doing physically and mentally. When we first started working together, he had asked what my goals were. I had just had a baby and of course, I wanted to lose weight. He listened to my needs and understood what I wanted to achieve. Bit by bit and month by month, I have accomplished more than I realized I could ever do. Justin makes you feel at ease, no matter what level of fitness you are at whether novice or expert level. He is able to tailor to the needs of his clientele from his knowledge and experience. I highly recommend justin. He’s a patient and wonderful person to work with.

I started strength training 3 months ago with Justin, targeting to gain mass and muscles, and to reach one day an advanced level. I am training 2-3 times per week, doing straight sets and supersets (squats, bench presses, RDL, military presses, pull ups (my best exercise friend), push ups, deadlifts . . . .). I enjoy so much what I am learning, making progress, and gaining progressively strength and mass. It’s working well !!!

Hey everyone. I am Jerry, 49 yrs old. I started working with Justin in June 2012. When he started training me I was 270 pounds and after about 18 months I am now down to 195. I know it doesn’t sound like a lot but since working with Justin he has never given up on me, even when I had a kidney stone and double hernia surgery. The cool thing about him is he sets up your program to what your goals are and he will take the time talk to you and figure out what’s is best for you. He never gives up on you and if you give your all he will have your back 100%. Every day I see improvement and I have more energy. My knees don’t hurt like they used to and I feel better about myself, so if you are looking for a trainer that will be there for you Justin is your man.
Overall, the four weeks of working with Justin were great. I put on 9 pounds, I’m moving stronger, and I feel a lot stronger on the court. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

I’ve been working out for about 30 years, but was kind of stuck in a rut. Justin introduced me to some new exercises which I am continuing since my sessions with him. He didn’t let me get away with skipping even one rep, but yet we still had fun joking around. He’s very personable and a great motivator. I would highly recommend Justin Gordon as a personal trainer.
I’m currently a Junior in college at UW-La Crosse. My first 3 semesters I focused on meeting new people and studying, not worrying about eating healthy or exercising. I didn’t really feel any different until I got to summer after freshmen year; I didn’t want to go to the beach or even the cabin with my family because it would mean wearing a swimsuit. I started running once or twice a week and even ran a few 5k’s throughout the summer. However when school started back up I fell back into my old habits, eating all the time, hanging with friends and studying all night. I wore sweatpants all the time in order to cheat myself and not think or see the weight I’d gained. When the first semester of sophomore year finished and I went home my eating habits and weight stood out to me when my dad made a comment about them. After winter break I sought out the personal training program at the Rec Center and was assigned to Justin.
After meeting with him one time I knew we would get along great! He was so enthusiastic and ready to help me reach my goal of eating healthier and overall feeling better about myself. I was lucky to have ten sessions with him! Each one was a struggle mentally and physically but Justin always kept me moving and the spirits high. I left sweaty and feeling great every day! My favorite part was doing planks, (hard to believe I know!) Justin would tell me “stories” which mainly involved what he had or was planning on having to eat that day: chicken, oats wit almonds and blueberries. There was only one day he switched it up! This really helped me forget about the work and how tired I was and push through it to the end! Justin pushed me over 80% harder than I would ever push myself working out alone. Leaving his sessions and going into the summer I am confident wearing a swimsuit again. Not only did Justin help me look better and be more self conscious about eating healthier but he gave me my self confidence back! With Justin’s help I successfully ran a half marathon and (with the band) am able to do a chin up!! Thanks to Justin won’t fall back into my bad habits. I am able to know how far can go working out and continually push to new goals!
Sessions with Justin are very enjoyable. He always does what’s in your best interest and will push you each and every time. Starting my training with Justin was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I really liked the fact that the workouts are tailored perfectly for me. With Justin, you’re always moving forward and progressing so it is never boring. Results are inevitable and unbelievable. Over the course of 7 weeks I increased my squat max by 50 pounds. Justin is intelligent with a ton of knowledge to share making sessions even interesting at times. Mornings can be rough at times for me, but Justin lifts your mood as soon as the session begins, and makes working out the perfect start to your day. I plan on doing another ten sessions with Justin and getting even more results. I have trained before, but there is nothing like training with Justin. It’s not all about physique either, because it enhances my mood and elevates my energy levels to the point where it makes me want to strive at being a better student, brother, and friend. I recommend Justin to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.
I thought that our sessions were very productive. I always felt engaged with the work outs and the information that he provided. I really thought that he personalized the work out towards the goals that I discussed with him in our first meeting. I really enjoyed the fact that we were productive while simultaneously we were able to converse and have a good time. I also appreciated the fact that he was always giving me pointers and really paying attention to what I was doing. I enjoyed every session, no complaints. He really was a great trainer. His knowledge and his motivating personality really made the sessions enjoyable and worthwhile.

We recently started a Get Fit for Life program at our office and asked Justin to give a presentation to the participants on nutrition and exercise. Justin provided guidance on some simple exercises that we can use to combat the effects of sitting at a desk all day. He also provided insight into nutrition as it relates to an exercise program that some of the group had not considered before. Jason sprinkled his presentation with humor and kept the group involved and interested by getting them involved in the conversation.
