I’d throw together a bunch of random exercises, work until I was really tired, and call it a day.
I tried to do way too much at once and within a few weeks I stopped all the exercise I was doing.
I couldn’t keep pace with what I thought I should do and so I gave up. I’d go up and down and never be able to have any consistency.
